We specialize in hair extensions, wigs, and salon services. We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and lengths as accurately as possible. However, actual results may vary.

All custom wigs and made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

### 3. Order Processing & Shipping
- Processing times vary depending on product availability, customization, and order volume.  
- Shipping timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees.  
- Glamour HB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

### 4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products:

- All hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products are non-refundable once shipped.  
- Exchanges may be approved within 48 hours of delivery only if the product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.  
- Custom units, installed units, or worn hair are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Customers must contact 414-892-3963 before returning any item.

### 5. Salon Appointments & Deposits
- Appointment deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

### 6. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and approved financing options such as Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, or other providers.

By choosing installment payments, customers agree to the terms of the third-party financing provider.

### 7. SMS Marketing Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Glamour HB, you agree to receive marketing messages, order updates, and promotional offers.
